It’s great. Strap seems steady, you can make it a bit longer for the shoulder, or shorter to hold by hand. It is not a 20l that’s for sure. I have 20l pale, they are not the same size at all. So four stars cos that is very misleading

Store owner replied: Hi Soso :) You will notice the lid is hollow and allows for more packing for taller items. 20L is super accurate to the ml. It includes total space inside rather than how much liquid the bottom part takes.
