elevenpast online Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to absolutely love your products and be really happy with your purchase. Although we try our best to explain sizing and materials, sometimes the products just don't work in your space.

Section 44 of South Africa's Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act (Act 25 of 2002) may apply to your order. 

We accommodate free returns for a period of 7 days but also allow for returns of up to 30 days with a handling fee. In both cases, transport fees to and from you will be deducted from your refund. 

Cooling off period - Returns within 7 days

Our returns policy allows 7 days to notify us should you wish to log a return. Items needs to be in original packaging and unused. Delivery fees are not refunded and a collection fee will apply. 

Returns within 30 days

Returns outside of cooling off period allows for returns up to 30 days. A handling fee of 10% will apply as well as a collection fee.

Custom made items - Please note that custom made products are not eligible for return as they are specifically made for you.

Damages

Our warehouse team take utmost care with packing to minimize damages occurring during transport ensuring you get your products in perfect condition. 

All damaged items must be reported within 48 hours after receipt. You can report your damages by sending an email to support@elevenpast.co.za. Elevenpast will not be held responsible for any damages reported out of the specified time frame.

Sold out items

We do our best to keep our stock levels as accurate as possible but should you purchase something that is not available, we will reach out to you with regards to when it will be back in stock, provide alternative options or process a full refund.
